As the Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of our logistics and order fulfilment processes. Reporting to our Head of Operations, you will ensure the smooth and efficient management of everything that leaves our warehouses.

Key responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: First point of contact for our B2B customers, managing their orders and queries promptly and courteously. Proactively communicate with the sales teams about any issues, and have a solution-focused mindset to get things resolved.
- Team collaboration: Work with internal and external teams to ensure we have the necessary supplies for our customers, this will include managing the day-to-day relationship with our busy warehouses in the UK and USA.
- Systems and Processes: Maintain our sales order processing system, ensuring accuracy and recommending improvements. Collaborate with the Head of Finance to ensure our customers are invoiced correctly and sales are correctly reflected across multiple systems.
- Inventory Management: Oversee four warehouse locations in the UK and USA, ensuring organised and accurately tracked inventory levels. Work with the Head of Operations and Sales team to position stock effectively.
